This stuff taste good, like a sweet tart flavored kool-aid which I found pleasant enough to continue with. While on this supplement I did not change my normal habits and I still managed to lose 10lbs in the first 3 weeks. I love that this stuff is packed with protein, vitamin c and is a more natural way to lose weight. I am eager to see how much more weight I will lose going forward now with even more motivation!
